  PSP XII
  PTU  kit called "LeoparLicius" by SkyScraps which you can find at SATC
  PTU Tube is by Lady Mishka which you can find at SATC
  Mask of choice
  Font Used is Christmas On Crack (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste Paper 5 as a new layer
Apply a mask of choice
Paste Elem. 17 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Paste Elem. 37 as a nw layer
Resize 51%
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Place to the left
Paste Elem. 39 as a new layer
Center inside o the frame
Paste Elem. 66 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at the center top of the frame
Paste Elem. 65 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place along the left
Send under the bow
Paste Elem. 34 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place at bottom of tube image
Duplicate and move to the right
Paste Elem. 34 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place at bottom of tube image between the 2 brown flowers
Paste Elem. 77 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem. 51 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem. 55 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the bottom right next to the camera
Paste Elem. 57 as a new layer
Resize 15%
Place at the bottom right next to the nailpolish
Paste Elem. 7 as a new layer
Resize 18%
Place at the bottom
Image, Free Rotate, Left 20
Paste Elem. 8 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the bottom
Paste the word art as a new layer
Resize 55%
Place as desired
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
