Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU scrap kit called "Bubble Gum" by Hanias Designs and can be found at SATC

  PTU tube is by Sarafairy and can be found at SATC

  Font Used is A Charming Font (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Floodfill white

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Paste Elem.13 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Image, Free Rotate, Left 36

Paste Elem.63 as a new layer

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Use your selection tool and select the frames inside

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer also paste your tbed image as a new layer within both frames

Selections, Invert, Delete both layers

Selections, Select None

Select the tubed layers

Adjust, Hue Saturation, Colorize as desired

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Place to the left

Paste Elem.3 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place under your tubed image

Paste Elem.17 as a new layer

Resize 56% 

Place to the right top corner

Paste Elem.78 as a new layer

Resize 46% 

Place at the bottom right corner

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Resize 43% 

Image, Free Rotate, left 35

Use you eraser tool to remove the handle

Paste Elem.5 as a new layer

Resize 37% 

Place next to the cupcake

Paste Elem.26 as a new layer

Resize 31% 

Place at the bottom left under tubed image

Paste Elem.67 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
