Smokin!

I am very honored to CT for many of the artists at SATC and here is a new tut for you with a Hot tube by Sebastien Serrano. I hope you enjoy it.

Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU scrap kit called "Look At Me Now" by Disturbed By Gaby and can be found at SATC
  PTU tube is called Look At That by Sebastien Serrano and can be found at SATC
  Template is Template 39 Smokin by Flamingsal and can be found HERE
  Font Used is Alien (FTU)


**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open the template
Delete the © layer
Either floodfill or paste papers of choice from the kit used to fill each shape in the template
Tick the inside of the small circles with your magic wand
Paste the skyline element inside of each
Selections, invert, Delete
Selections, Select None
Delete the fire layer of the template
Paste Elem.87 as a new layer
Resize 88%
Place where the fire was in the template
X out the wordart
X out the white background
Merge everything
Create a new workspace 700 X 500 
Floodfill white
Paste your merged template int your new workspace
Image, Resize 96%
Go back to your template layer
Copy and Paste the wordart as a new layer into your new workpace
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Place under the wordart layer
Apply a drop shadow of choice
Paste Elem.24 as a new layer
Send under everything
Paste Elem.28 as a new layer
Send under everything
Paste the Dog as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.62 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at the right side where the fire is
Duplicate
Place on the left side where the fire is
Paste Elem.46 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Place at the left of your tubed image
Image, Free rotate, Left 15
Paste Elem.76 as a new layer
Place at the top center of the big circle
Place under tubed image layer
Paste Elem.72 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place as desired
Duplicate
Place as desired
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
