**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Begin:
Open a new workspace 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
Apply your mask of choice
Paste Elem.98 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Tick the inside of the frames with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 2
Paste Paper 4 as a new layer
While still selected paste Elem.89 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place to the left inside of the frame
Open Elem.22 in your psp
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.22 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place to the right inside of the frame
Paste Elem.17 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place in the ight frame to the left
Selections, Invert, Delete all layers
Selections, Select None
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Resize as needed
Place to the left
Paste Elem.46 as a new layer
Image, Free Rotate, Left 65
Place at the top
Send under under everything
Duplicate
Move to the bottom
Paste Elem.88 as a new layer
Resize 47%
Place to the left
Send under everything
Use eraser tool to remove excess at bottom
Paste Elem.58 as a new layer
Place along bottom of frame under tubed image layer
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem.11 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the bottom left by your tubed images feet
Paste Elem.91 as a new layer
Resize 17%
Place at the top center of the frame
Paste Elem.82 as a new layer
Resize 41%
Place at the top right of the frame
Paste Elem.63 as a new layer
Resize 32%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.70 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Image, Mirror
Place at the bottom right under pumpkins
Paste Elem.71 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 15
Place at the left of the pumpkins but under that layer
Paste Elem.67 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.73 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom beteen the tubed images legs
Paste Elem.81 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom left under tubed image layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
