Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Pumpkin" By The Hunter and can be purchased at SATC HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Pumpkin" by Liquid Scraps and can be purchased at SATC HERE  

  Mask of choice

  Font Used is Janda Stylish (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Frame 1 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Tick the inside of the frame with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste Paper 9 as a new layer

While still selected paste the House as a new layer

Resize 55%

Place to the left inside of the frame

Paste Pumpkin Negra as a new layer

Resize 61%

Place to the right inside of the frame

Paste Tree as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place to the right inside of the frame behind Pumpkin Negra

Selections, Invert, Delete all layers

Selections, Select None

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the left

Paste Bow 2 as a new layer

Resize 51%

Place at the top center of the frame

Paste Bat as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at top right

Paste Branch 2 as a new layer

Place to the far right of the frame

Send under frame layer

Image, Free Rotate, Right 16

Use eraser tool to remove excess at the bottom

Duplicate

Duplicate again

Image, Mirror

Duplicate

Paste Bucket as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at bottom right

Paste Broom as a new layer

Resize 62%

Image, Mirror

Image, Free Rotate, Left 22

Place at the left bottom under tubed image layer

Paste Cat as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at bottom right

Paste Ribbon 1 as a new layer

Resize 87%

Place at the bottom of the frame

Use your eraser tool to remove excess on the sides

Paste Candy 1 as a new layer

Resize 23%

Place at the bottom left by the cat

Duplicate

Image, Free Rotate, Right 16

Place behind original candy

Paste Cross as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place to the right behind bucket layer

Paste Drink as a new layer

Resize 37%

Place to the left of tubed image 

Paste Sparkles 1 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
