Supplies:
  PSP XII
  PTU  kit called "Minnie" by Scrapz N Pleasure and can be found at Scraps and the city
  FPU Tube is by Lady Mishka and can also be found at SATC
  Font Used is Sick Capital Vice (FTU)
 
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open your new work space 700 X 600
Flood fill white
Paste Elem. 18 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Paste Elem. 62 as a new layer
Resize 56%
Tick the inside of the frme with your magic wand
Selections, Modify, Expand 6
Paste Elem. 12 as a new layer
Selections, Invert, Delete
Selections, Select none
Move under frame layer
Paste your tubed image as a new layer
Paste Elem. 41 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at top of frame, make them look like they are hanging from the ribbon on the frame
Paste Elem. 33 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place by the head of your tubed image
Paste Elem. 42 as a new layer
Resize 43%
Place to the far right of the frame
Paste Elem. 17 as a new layer
Resize 12%
Place next to the phone
Paste Elem. 19 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Place to the far left
Send under everything
Duplicate
Image, Mirror
Paste Elem. 35 as a new layer
Resize 10%
Place in front of your tubed image
Paste Elem. 14 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the top right of the frame
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
